The institution has implemented e-governance in all areas of administration, finance and accounts, student support system, and examination. The institution has a well-established Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) that conducts periodic meetings to review and monitor the academic and administrative audit. The institution provides periodic skill enhancement training for non-teaching staff, financial support for teachers attending conferences/workshops, and professional development/administrative training programs for teaching/non-teaching staff. Faculty performance appraisal is done annually to review performance and development.
