Dr. Anusha R, CEO of the group during her speech raised 3 questions in the forum and answered one by one on behalf of the participating students.

  1. Why Engineering

Life can’t exist without Engineers.  We need Engineers to design devices to fight against Pandemic like Covid 19.  We need Engineers to design equipment to predict cyclones like Nivar.  In this period of Pandemic, we are able to meet through the internet for freshers day because of Engineers.  Hence Engineering plays a vital role in all the creations of mankind.

  1. Why PARK

To provide best education at an affordable cost, PARK Group of Institutions established the first self financing engineering college in Tamilnadu.  It not only focuses on quality education but on the overall growth of students.  There are more than 1,00,000 successful alumni placed all over the globe.

  1. Challenges in this situation/today

Every Challenge is an opportunity.  The best example is ZOOM.  Before 8 months very less people knew about ZOOM.  But now almost everyone knows about ZOOM. ZOOM has emerged as a successful software/app in the period of Pandemic as it understood the need of mankind. So we should be ready to face and take up all challenges in life.

Dr P V Ravi, Chairman, Park Institutions, during his speech mentioned about our practice of one to one teaching from the days of Ramayana.  But now due to Pandemic we got adopted to virtual classes.  Engineers should understand that every innovative creation for mankind is accepted and appreciated by the whole world.

We got used to online counselling or else we will be wasting our time and energy on travel to Chennai to select engineering college for our studies through counselling.

The Pandemic has taught us lessons to be innovative and accept changes in life.

As per the words of Chief Guest Mr. Gopinath, Engineers construct the world. Hence he welcomed the aspiring engineers to design and invent a new world with their engineering innovations.

He also informed that there will be plenty of job opportunities post Covid as the biggest challenges will be to reduce the travel distance with safety and safety in cyber technology. It is very difficult to face the challenges of Nature hence equip yourself to face all challenges in life.

The whole world is looking for young and energetic brains from India.  Hence equip yourself with the knowledge to meet the needs of society.

Dr. Angalaparameshwari, Principal, Park College of Technology proposed vote of thanks.
